1.TWO-ROPE
GRAB
This type of Mechanical grab is for two
rope operated cranes ,One Holding Rope and One closing Rope. The grabs are
specially designed for charging and discharging sand, gravel and other bulk
materials. The grabs can be executed with open or closed shells or leak-
proof,orange-peel, clamshell depending on the job and the type of material to be
handled. The grabs are manufactured of high wear resistant steels. All bearings
are heavy-duty and sealed for high performance.
2.FOUR-ROPE

This type of Mechanical grab is for four

1. Steel plate
cutting by CNC cutting avoid the cutting defects by hand cutting.

Structural welding use gas-protection welding (welding stress is small and
without cracks).
3. Pin holes are produced by means of entire boring in
order to ensure size accuracy.
4. Grab arm. upper pulley block and other
components are producted by means of the module processing. which ensure all
parts good interchangeability. And keep the same components to bear the same
force in the same circumstances. increase the equipment performance and
lifetime.
5. Mechanical Grab:Bending parts are effected
by means of cold process. which ensure the size and appearance of structure to
meet the design requirements.
6. Paint: All structural parts are wholely
effected by means of shot blasting treatment after welding and reach the
standard Sa2.5. then spray epoxy zinc-rich primer. finish coat with anti-
seawater or chlorinated rubber. epoxy paint or polyurethane. paint colors follow
the user. paint primer thickness of about 50m thick. middle paint of the 50m.
finish is 60m. Paint with domestic and international famous brands. Paint
Features: Anti-corrosion. high weather resistance coat. and weldable.
7.
